I. Note to Self
I think the result of the Business Insider quiz is accurate for me. I struggle studying and working alone. I enjoy being in a social setting because I can converse my ideas and thoughts with others. This might cause distractions, but I would go crazy if I had to sit alone in my room and work. I would end up just playing on my phone. My favorite places to study are either in a coffeeshop or the library with a friend. I like having the motivation of others by seeing them work hard. I do get distracted by my phone, so it is in my best favor to just put it up. Also, I get distracted by emails or pop-up ads, but I have learned self-control in these situations over the years, so I do have the ability to keep on grinding. I need to make the most of vault time, because I know this is where I will get the majority of my work done. I know that I need to be away from home in a setting where other people are also working so I can get my best work done. I need to take advantage of all class time dedicated to researching and make time once a week for researching.
II. The Right Conditions
In the library, I will be in the back right corner with Allen. Allen and I are both talkative people, but we have agreed that we will both work and encourage each other to work hard. I will be able to lay out my sources, which will be on paper, and have my highlighters and colorful pens available.
Outside of school, I will go to CCs Coffeehouse to vault. CCs is a place where I am the most productive. I have coffee easily available because normally I need coffee to help me not want to fall asleep, and also, I am surrounded by productive people. This is the place I will be able to work the most efficiently.

III. The Right Systems
I will use a huge binder with tabs that divide up my sub-topics. Once I find a source, I will print it out, highlight and annotate it, and deicide what sub-topic it falls under. I will then create a Google Doc that will have all my annotations for my sources. This will include significant quotes, passages, new things I’ve learned, and beneficial facts.
IV: Daily Project Check
I will log my daily research using a sticky note on my laptop. I will include what my goals were for the day, what I completed, and what my goals are for the next day. This might bother me if it clutters my computer, so I might end up having to use my curiosity journal to write my plans down.
